If you're looking for a new tower/desktop, it's nearly impossible to find one without a keyboard/mouse included. Although many computers are sold without a monitor, basic keyboards and mice are bundled by all the major manufacturers. Even a $300 computer will include a keyboard and mouse. I'd recommend just saving them for use as spares, in case something breaks.

A lot of places such as Dell have a "customize" part where you can delete things you dont want such as the monitor, speakers, keyboard/mouse which ends up with you just getting the tower.

Plenty of places. Just look online at places like Wal-Mart, Circuit City and other stores they all will sell you only the computer if that is all you want to buy.

How about something like this. Since you have the monitor and keyboard.

Here's one for a very good price! My sister bought this exact same computer about 3 months ago, and paid much more for it. She loves it.

Most computer manufacturers have a website. You can buy any component and customize it for your needs.
