I'll write the same thing that I did in the last one....
Why do people insist on taking chances with their babies. If people are such chronics, they should not get pregnant.
Everything you put in your mouth gets to the baby. Would you give your infant an occasional drink? I hope not. So why would you drink when you are pregnant. If (God forbid) something happens, you are going to wonder for the rest of your life if it was your fault. Think about it.......
All because you couldn't wait for a few months to drink alcohol.......

Here I just said this in another question:

Most people will say no, but some people say yes. The truth is, the studies on alcohol during pregnancy have only been able to link *excessive* drinking with fetal problems - there is NO evidence that one occasional drink can cause harm to your baby. The reason that most people will say that you shouldn't have ANY amount of alcohol while pregnant is just to be on the safe side - the medical community really just doesn't know if it's okay or not. But, consider that women in other countries, such as Italy and France generally don't fear alcohol during pregnancy the way that we do. It's a cultural difference. Do you think their babies are automatically worse off than ours?
I choose not to have a whole drink at all during pregnancy, but it's a decision you have to make for yourself.

And yeah, I know, everyone give me thumbs down for giving the facts. I'm just waiting excitedly.

You have to be careful with the no alcohol beer because some of it says that it still has a little alcohol in it. Make sure you read the label before you drink it. I still would not drink alot just in case. You can also ask you doctor.

Some doctors will tell you that small amounts like a small glass of wine once a month are OK for the baby, but I wouldn't risk that. Believe me, a beer sounds great, but I don't even want to take a chance risking my baby's health. I have a hard time taking tylenol!!

I'm sticking by my answer from the last time::

You are going to get loads of people coming on telling you how bad it is.
But I believe a drink every now and then isn't going to hurt your baby.
My GP says its fine, and he also said there is a certain amount of mass hysteria relating to having a small amount of alcohol and pregnancy.
Enjoy a tipple occasionally!!!

I had an occasional glass of wine and my son turned out fine. I use to work in a residential facility, heavily staffed by nurses and they said it was perfectly fine. This included the head nurse.
