And i cant get up most of the time. I don't know if that's healthy or not. It's not every day, only my days off. I sleep all night and day. Is that bad, or am I just realy sleepy?

15 hours is really too much. But it depends,,, the earlier night, you would have slept for just 1 or 2 hours and as a compensation you tend to sleep for long hours the next day.. in that case, it's normal.. 6 hours of sleep is sufficient to stay healthy.. try having a cup of tea or coffee once you get up.. you wont feel tired.. do some exercise daily..

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!

1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.

2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.

The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.

After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net

Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Either she's depressed or she has a physical ailment. A heart condition can make a person sleep for extended periods of time. As a matter of fact it could be the result of many physical ailments. She should really be checked out by a doctor, the sooner the better. Does she have any other friends? Do you know her family? Maybe there is someone you can talk to on her behalf.

After sleeping over twelve hours the body then begins to crave to go back to sleep I would suggest trying more excersize . Try a brisk little walk daily it might help you perk up . If all else fails try seeing a sleep specialist or A deittician maybe you need something in your diet. If you are anemic (low iron count) You get lethargic and sleep alot . I do if I don't take my medicine. So go to your doctor and get a blood test for it.

I could never sleep that long no matter how hard I tried. The only way would be if the doctor gave me something. But I dont think it is a good thing in your case. Find things to do on your day off for awhile and it should pass.

Yes that is bad. Too much sleep can actually be bad for your health, just like having too little sleep.

Besides your sleeping hobby do you have any other hobbies or is that your only hobby in the world? The amount of sleep that you are getting is almost like hibernating.
