I see it all the time - they are stealing information hand over fist from American Universities. They steal & use intellectual property. They are VERY active in US Engineering programs and basically get the US Gov't to fund their grants for developing military technology FOR INDIA. I suggest you look into it. It is PUBLIC INFORMATION, which is available at your local university. They MUST let you view the grants that have been given to their university under the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA).

Honestly, I'd have to say Russia. However much the Islamic countries despise us and how much we wish to ignore this fact, the fact is that our die hard support for Israel is why they hate us. They don't hate us for our freedom. That is bull. But Russia hates us because they are power hungry.
