who would you pick and why? I ask because, well I've seen many questions about, who's your favorite and who'd you befriend. So naturally if they're so easy to imagine as real people, then there's no doubt there are some you'd like to punch, maybe because they're "evil" and you'd get a great feeling of righteousness, or because their behavior in a certain situation was annoying e.i Percy Weasley, or Vernon Dursley. The catch is it could only be one, and once or else they (the character) would be able to retaliate. :P

Actually, I'd punch Harry (don't get me wrong - I love him, which gives me all the more reason to him him for behaving like he does sometimes).
He acts like a total git every now and then. I'd punch him for not comforting Hermione when Ron leaves them in Deathly Hallows. She made huge sacrifices to be with Harry, sent her parents off to Australia with no memory of their only daughter and dropped out of school willingly, even though her education is most important to her. She took Harry's side even though she loves Ron and would have had an internal battle when they fought. And when she's crying, like a prat all Harry can do it take his map out and stare at Ginny's dot.

I would punch that Umbridge in the face because...well, you can imagine how I felt reading Order of the Phoenix, no need to explain, otherwise I'd have to resist ripping my copy of the book in half again, and it's hardcover!
A character I'd like to befriend would probably be Luna Lovegood. She's one of the interesting and weird character's in the book, and I find that I can relate to her a lot. She reminds me of myself, sometimes.

Harry Potter I suppose. Just because the last book was so completely unrealistic and made him out to be an all-powerful wizard. The whole point of the books was that Harry was only human, and had human faults. And he was never supposed to be the smartest of the trio.
In the last book, he just magically knows all the Unforgivable Curses, can defeat whole groups of Death Eaters, and so much more. Honestly, I know he's gifted, but that was just stretching it.
So yes, I'd like to punch him and bring him back to reality. =)

Delores Umbridge, because that quill is one of the most evil creations imaginable, and because she's just absolutely vile, that revolting little cough of hers, and she reminds me rather unpleasantly of my old maths teacher.
Minus the quill, of course.

I would punch Malfoy for not thanking Harry for, once again, saving his 'pure-blood' butt. Draco is sooo full of himself!!!
p.s. - Voldy's dead, it won't do any good to punch him now...

I would definitely punch Umbridge. She's awful and everything she did was awful. There's not a good thing about her.
