Do you like your birth control pill and why?

I will be going on the pill soon and wanted to know what kind I should get. Do you even have a choice of what brand?

I'm on Solia which is generic for Desogen. I love it. I have had no side effects. I was on orthro tri cyclen lo but it was making my period last for 7 days or more when before it was around 4. But everyone is different. Talk to your doctor and they will be able to recommend a good one for you, or watch commercials for bc and tell your doctor about those and they will let you know if that is a good idea for your body. I'm on ortho tri cyclen lo and i love it,simply because i had others before but it made me gain weight (sucks) and made me nauseous, so i then went back to my gynacologist and told them of my experiences with these pill. They then suggested this one because of my history and age.Been on them for over a year now and haven't had any bad side effects to it.. FYI it also makes my skin so beautiful.. and its good for acne too.
I suggest that you consult your doctor and they can recommend the best for you.

i am on ortho cyclen. i feel it is pretty good. it has the same amount of homones in each pill versus the ortho tri cyclen pill i was on which changed levels every week. i had to change because the level changing was making me spot throughout the month.

I am on a generic called Balziva. I like it because I have not had any side effects whatsoever.

I'm on Kariva with NO side affects. Been on it for two years.

tri cyclen lo because it doesnt have much hormones and it works.
it never made me spot
