I have had the worst service with Verizon billing. I signed up in August with the promotion 39.99 a month for months 2-7 and 1st month free. Never got it... I even just got a charged $108 yesterday! I called and no one knows why I was charged. I was on hold and shifted back and forth for 3 HOURS! Finaly I just decied that I was going to call back Monday. Please becareful if you are going to go with Verizon...

Verizon SUX! I have been having problems with them for months. I canceled my long distance, and I'm still getting billed the $2 mainatance fee. Their email support are *retards,* and even if I call them, I still have the issue again a couple months later. I won't be using services with them, again.

Have you been buying fancy telephone rings. That happened to me a while back and my phone bill rocketed like yours. If you did you need to get the phone#s from Verizon cancel your account with the peopl who are giving you the fancy tellephone rings.
