I would let my feelings be known on the matter and leave it at that, men tend to disconnect from conversation or confrontation after a few minutes, so say your bit and let him mull over it, i find that when im right, i say what im thinking to my husband and leave it at that, then to my delight, my husband usually gets it within a day or two, but dont keep on and on, that doesnt work, i have found " Dr Phil's " site excellent for relationship advice.

Let it be. Then after a while, when all are calm, see if u can explain y this point was right from ur side, and if they still cant see ur point of view...lay it to rest...they'll come around, and ur marriage will be better for it. If u want to be happy in marriage, sometimes, u have to bit the bullet even if u know ur right.

Press the issue. It is important for your partner to be able to acknowledge the fact that you are right. It is also important to be able to stand up for yourself. If you show your partner that you will cower or back away even when right, you are training them to never admit defeat and to never acknowledge you being right. It may seem harmless, but it can generate a certain amount of disrespect.

depends , are you hooked on debating things ? were you a member of the debate team in high school and college? then leave the diploma at the door and remember marriage is also about compromise , agree to disagree and go cuddle on the couch and watch a movie.

its not worth the stress seriously.

I don't press it; why stir things up anymore then they need to be. I'd rather let him think he's right, and know in my heart I am.

After you've made your point let it go.

To continue to "discuss" it won't make him change his mind.

Maybe you can come back at another time and come at it from a different perspective.
