I have seriously been considering suicide and have attempted it a few times, but I can never seem to summon the power to kill myself. How do people gather all that negative energy to actually go through with it?

That's why we're all still alive and kicking. It's the way of self-preservation.

I don't think it is courage. I think it is absolute despair coupled with the mistaken belief that things will never get better.
However, human beings are resiliant and life is such that things do often seem to get better. I hope that you can find a reason to keep choosing to live because life is absolutely precious and as far as anyone knows, we only get one! I wish only good things for you and hope your sorrow heals.

Like I am going to tell you. Suicide is not the way. I don't know how people do it. It's a sign. You're not dead yet, so stop trying.

They bunch all of the enrgy they would have had if they were Helen Keller, and load it into a spear thrower.

It's not courage. Courage keeps you alive. Despair works really well I understand.

So does crying for help on message boards.

If you really wanted to do it, you'd be dead right now. You're here for a reason. All of us serve a purpose! Suicide is very selfish. There's got to be something else... What could be so bad that you want to end your life? What problems are you facing? I can tell you all of mine and you might think you've got it made!!!
