Try soaking them in warm water with baking soda. It could be athletes feet and you can go to the local pharmacy and buy lamasil or tinactin for them and put it on before you put your shoes on and after cleaning your feet.

It may be the shoes. If that is the case, here's what you do:

1. Clean the shoes very well. Soap, scrubbing, the whole shebang.
2. Dry the shoes very well. Dab them off, use a hair dryer, (maybe even use the dryer, I don't know) just make sure they get completely dry.
3. Freeze--yes, freeze--the shoes. Just stick 'em in the freezer. You might want to put them in a grocery bag so you don't contaminate your ice cream. ;) Apparently, this kills odor-causing bacteria.

So, more or less, just wash, dry, and then freeze your shoes. I've tried it; it works. :)

it may not be your feet, but the shoes. do your feet stink when you wear other shoes? try putting baking soda in the shoes like a foot powder eack time you wear them. if your have no problem with other shoes and this does not help, toss them out and get a new pair. my son had a pair that made his feet stink so bad we all vacated when he took them, off. we tried everything and finally tossed them out.

Use bleach solution on your feet. Fill a spray bottle with bleach and water solution spray in the shoes. Wash your white socks with other whites in hot water, detergent and bleach.

some people have sweaty feet and their feet smell, its not your shoes. There shoe inserts at the drug store to minimize this smell but you will probably have it your whole life.
