As a family memeber, like family love, yes
But, Romantic like , NO! because they are not that far away in the line thing...if they got married, the child could end up, mentally retareded or some other disease because like in the old days with monarchs (family line of royalty), they always had to keep the family in the royalty, eventually, somebody that was a kid of two cousins, or whatever, went crazy. so, they stopped that. That , and marrying your cousin is pretty gross... :O)

Do you mean like him as a friend and family member, or like him in a romantic way?
A second cousin is your cousin's child or your parent's cousin; it's still a pretty close relation. I'd suggest avoiding any romantic entanglements with a second cousin if your friend can help it. There are so many other people in the world to choose from.

I have this cousin, she's quite distant, like the daughter of my mom's cousin (don't know what that makes the connection)... if she was game I would totally have sex with her. She's gorgeous! I don't really know her or see her much though.
