I have been friends with this guy for ten years. Really he's more than a friend to me. We always get each other great christmas presents, but this year is different. This year he actually took the initiative and bought concert tickets and made reservations for dinner. Big mouth already told about it, lmao. I've already bought him cologne, cufflinks, and a watch for other occasions. I want to get him something good, maybe even a little meaningful. Any suggestions?

If he is into sports and money is no object: A big screen HDTV.

If he already has one, then a one year subscription to DirecTV with the sports package.

If he is not into sports: A DVD collection of the 3-Stooges.

If he has a warped sense of humor: The Complete FarSide Collection (books) or Calvin and Hobbes.

If he is into comfort, a columbia brand sports shirt with all the pockets.

Something meaningful? Go find the "glamour shots" photographer and spend a day in the studio. Take a nice, but not too sensual picture, have it framed (I would do a 24" x 30".

It is what my girlfriend gave to me when we were dating the year that we got married. I keep it on the wall on the side of the bed where I sleep so that it is the last thing I see at night, and the first thing I see in the morning.

Keeping it in Black and White will add more mystery to the picture.
