You need to do some homework, young man!! there isn't enough informationhere to even make a WILD guess! What style framing? what is the framing materials? So many questions need answers!!

Go to the library and do some research on the sizes and styles of framing, and house building.

Do what we in the trade do! Do a materials take-off and get it priced. Next call a contractor for labor rates and the time it will take to build the house plans you've chosen. Don't for get the plumber, electricians, drywallers, masons, carpenters, cabintemakers. architects, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, permits, licenses, development fees, cost of land, excavation, concrete, city hookups, etc!

You see...you have a lot of info to get before anyone can give you a cost and timeframe.

Get going, young man...you have a lot of work to do!!!

I will help you this much. In some residential areas, the average cost of a home from start to finish is around $145.oo to $185.oo per square foot of living space, depending on the neighborhood, size, construction style, and options.

This is about all I can tell you, at this point!

Yep have to agree with Herman. Not enough info. One very important detail would be SIZE.

Other factors might include: Your location; type of materials you might want and availability; Skill level; Budget; Governmental agency issues; and probably many more.

I could charge $25 to $50 per hour US $$$, but certainly to advise even in a general sense here we need more info.

I find that after I shove a rag soaked with chloroform in their face, I don't need the shackles.
