They were both good in different ways I had both they're albums but 2PAC was more deeper & suits a more mature person whilst biggie was more commercial & good for clubs ahh I can't choose!.

In order for it to be art then you need talent and since Rap isn't even close to art it takes no talent, so you question is null and void. The real question is how stupid must you be to pay money to hear the getto noise that these guys produce? For Petes Sake Snoop Dog does is while high, how hard could it be. Mark Walburg made it big. Vanilla Ice made it big. Kid Rock even made it big. At what point would you ever say anyone in that group actualy had any talent?

Tupac, tho i liked biggie as well. I find Tupacs songs more real as it were.

biggie def , i was never a big fan of either but my boyfriend loves biggie and has got me in to him even my 4 yr old sons sings his songs don't worry don't be phoning social services on me he doesn't swear he says "i've got all them holes" .

biggie, even though like tupac more for some reason, i think biggie is the better rapper, he flows more than raps, thats what makes him so great

Tupac. His lyrics had more meaning. Biggie was too slow and wasn't really saying much.

biggie smalls my brother loves his music, got all his cd's, he's even got his girlfriend into it and her four year old son!! lol
