I hit my finger while smashing my tennis racket, and it didn't cut, but instead it started bleeding inside the skin. It's been a week and the wound has probably healed, but the scab is underneath my skin so I don't know how I'll get rid of it.

Scabs fall off, but how is this one supposed to fall off? Now theres a tiny black patch under my fingernail

any ideas?

that is not a scab, that is a blood blister. And all you can do is wait for the body to reabsorb it.

As your fingernail grows out it will slowly go along with it. When that area of the nail finally reaches the place where it is no longer attached to the finger, the black will leave.
