R, L and C are in series? Then at resonance, capacitive reactance and inductive reactance sum to 0 and the current is determined by the resistance. Thus the impedance = Ri + 0j. The resonant frequency of an L-C circuit is
F = 1/(2pi*sqrt(LC))
L = (2piF)^2/C

Okay so actually your system is in resonance so XL=xC and Z = R

at resonance only the resistance is left I = V/R
