Well i'm just getting off workers comp after 2 and 1/2 yrs! After decieding against the exporitary surgery because the odds were it would just get worse.

I'm trying to return with the company with restrictions from my DR. cannot lift over 5 lbs and no repetitive movement..


MY QUESTION IS >
there aren't any jobs in my company that fit my restrictions. what's going to happen now?

they will either make you do something you should not be doing or let you go if you cannot do the job

Under most state laws, the company has no obligation to rehire you if you are no longer capable of doing the work. States sometimes offer training in a new field, following an injury that prevents you from returning to your job. But in some states, you are on your own at this point, and you will have to find a job you can do.
