this is a question on astronomy & space that is a sub section of science & mathematics...kind of limited choice of options, don't you think?

your question is unanswerable. and it makes no sense from a cosmological point of view, because if an alien or an unknown 'object' created the universe, then they would be already existing in the universe they created...and time just doesn't EVER run backwards to let such a jump happen.

an object that can create the universe that isn't an alien...you've gotta leave that kind bud alone!

This is all the fault of Aristotle who invented deductive reasoning and the Aquinas who adopted his methodology for 'proofs of god' Aristotle's mistake was to impute a 'final cause' or 'purpose' to natural phenomena and Aquinas (un)wittingly subsumed it into christian theology.
The design argument is a flawed syllogism. It fails at the initial premise namely all artifacts (structures with sufficient complexity etc) are designed. This entity shows design (irreducible(?) complexity etc
Conclusion: this proves the existence of a designer (God(?))
The remedy is to replace the initial premise with 'some might be' and the valid conclusion defaults to a probabilistic one, ie no proof.
The proof fails on the inductive level too. From arguments about the relationships between particulars it is invalid to deduce a conclusion about the properties or nature of the general (ie the universe)
There are good examples of/evidence for non-optimal features of biological structures though, eg the back-to front retinal structure of the vertebrate eye, the telomere caps on DNA strands, or the vulnerability of mitochondrial DNA. If you don't think the initial premise is flawed you are left with the conclusion of a creator with flaws and limitations.
Also Modern Physics is making great advances towards explaining the cosmos at both the macrocosm and the microcosm (M-Theory, TOE etc) Looks like the 'god of the gaps' is getting squeezed out!

how the hell would aliens create the universe, they live in it. thats like something that was born on earth creating earth, that makes no sense.

some would say god, but idk about that...

one theory in science would say that there are 11 dimensional membranes all around us, in our universe and outside of it. and when 2 of the collide (and a nearly infinite amount collide every moment) it creates a new universe that instantly splits off from out own. so 11 dimensional membranes could be the answer.

goring dont u think the biblical account is a little self centered. the entire universe was created for us? the stars we cant even see? the deadly radiation? you really think all of that is for us? and even if it is, why the **** would god give us deadly radiation.

No one knows.
Some would be inclined to bring some creator in the equation, a "god". They do not have any proof, they do not even have the beginning of a valid support for such an explanation (and then, this simply shift the burden of creation to a god that always was there... Why can't a proto-universe always had been there? A proto-universe that started a univers through a big bang?)
So, the only good reasonable answer is to admit ignorance, and admit that we may well always remain ignorant in this respect. Which does not mean we should stop looking.

This is some inquiry that is not needed to worry about. The Universe has been already constructed ,and exists as it is intelligently designed to accomodate all Humans and Biological life on eath by our Creator.
It would be informative to look into to the Biblical account of Creation.

The only way is for a universe to bud off another, or if you want a religious approach, God.
