I wonder why it matters at this time what the ethnic mix of Fenwick Elementary at some time 40 or 50 years ago matters to you. This was well before you were born, and probably before many of the responders on this site were born. Just suffice it to say that Fenwick Elementary School is currently 97% Hispanic, 1% African American 1% White and <1% others. The TAKs testing for this school shows about a 72% pass rate for Math and Reading at the 4th grade lavel and an 82% pass rate for writing. The current facts about the school are really all that matter.
Also, as a matter of ethnicity. Anglos are from England. Very few white people actually trace their full lineage to England, therefore the term Anglo is not used except by the ignorant. In fact most people of European decsent in the US are of German heritage (they would be Germanic) Additionally, Caucasians are from the Caucasus Mountain region, Saxons are from Saxony, Normans are from Normandy, etc, etc, etc. There are many sources of white lineage. I am considered white by census standards, but have many ethnicities in my lineage including native american. You have stated that you have spanish and mayan heritage. In the US it is usually not best to call people by a name unless you are sure that 1. it is accurate and 2. you are sure they are not insulted by your reference.
Most people have been very tolerant with your questions, but it has now become apparent that you will never be satisfied regardless of the answer.

God bless your little racist heart, instead of being a racist , tell me why you aren't trying to do something about it. It is obvious that along the way somewhere that someone has either physically or certainly mentally abused you. You can either let this poison you forever or you can do something about it. You could study real hard and become something of value to not just yourself but to your family, friends, neighbors. You want respect and I agree that all folks should be given respect, but I also feel like all people should earn respect as well. You do know the saying, "You reap what you plant" So plant seeds that will generate respect for you.
