I'm 13 and my boobs fit into a size bigger than a D! Tell me from a uy's and a girl's point of view. Are my boobs too big?

No, but that is for you to say. Be proud of whatever you are, and make use of what ever equipment you have.

From my point of view, they can't be too big, especially if your waist is small. But there are guys who prefer small ones too.
From a girls point of view - I've heard everything. Jealous girls telling you their too big, big chested girls saying you're OK, and big chested girls saying they hate their bodies.
Even if you were a perfect physical specimen, there'd be someone saying that you don't look right. Take the good with the bad and be very very happy.
