I know I have higher firmware than 3.0 I just don't know which one.

to find out the firmware go to on the XMB to:
Settings> system settings> system information
it should tell you
to get official themes you need to upgrade to firmware 3.71 by getting the update from the official playstation website
then after youve upgraded the themes available [pink, cookies, wipeout and pursuit force ]should be there for download
