WHAT IF THEY WERE LEARNING DISABLED AND COULDN'T LEARN THE MATERIAL?

I think dropouts make better employees than ones with HS diplomas and college degrees. I would hire dropouts and refuse to hire graduates.

Hmm. That is interesting. I think you might be the only person on the planet who would hire a high school dropout over a college graduate.

Employers have a right to hire the most qualified people for a given position... And, plenty of people with learning disabilities go on to further their education. Its just a matter of having the motivation.

What about probationers and parolees? Talk about motivated employees; no one else will hire them so the one who does give them a job will gain loyalty.
