Horrible........What do you do?

A. Eat it anyways, pretend its good and tell them how wonderful it is?

B. Wait until they turn their back, feed it to the dog or hide it somewhere and tell them how wonderful it was?

C. Be honest, tell them it was the worst crap you have ever put in your mouth and suggest ordering a pizza?

This is a great question... I think we have all been in this situation. I really appreciated being told that the pasta was too salty and inedible... we got take out pizza that night and I have never over salted pasta since then..

I would thank the cook for cooking... if it were edible , I would eat it. If it were really bad, I would tell the cook- "I love what you cook for me, but this time it is too... (salty, sour, raw, overcooked, etc.) Then I would suggest an alternative for eating. Be nice to the cooks. They have your best interest at heart. Being told nicely that what you cooked did not turn out well that day is OK. And if this is a significant other, some sex and romance will help the situation.

well my husband and I have similar tastes in food so we like to eat the same thing. However he is a MESS in the kitchen and couldn't tell you a pot from a pan so putting the meal together is a disaster for him..

If it was horrible I would be honest with him and try not to get his feelings hurt.

Eat it and thank them for cooking. No matter how bad anything someone is kind enough to take the time to cook for me.

C. if I cooked something horrible, I'd be able to taste myself that it was horrible. If my boyfriend lied to me about it and ate it anyway, I would be a little upset because it wouldn't really hurt my feelings to just order pizza, and if he didn't feel close enough to tell me it sucked, well that would suck. haha.

I've learned to appreciate it when my husband cooks, as he does it so rarely. So, when he does, and it's not perfect, I eat it anyway. Atleast he cared enough to try. So A. Unless he realizes that it's not good too, then C.

C. Why take the chance that you would have to eat that crap again? They'll get over it because they know it tastes like crap too!

depends. i am very picky, if i dont like something, i'm sorry but i will NOT EAT IT. I could be on survivor if it werent for all those damn strenuous physical challenges, cuz if someone handed me a raw fish to eat for survival, i swear, i could not eat it. My bf knows this and that is why he doesnt cook. One time we made macaroni and cheese and we noticed the milk was rotten... he tried to eat it anyway and it was SO AWFUL!!!! i made him throw it away and we got taco bell instead

It's between A and C. I'd suggest he never make it again, but I'd do my best to finish a serving. And then throw it out.
