First, what you have now for menstruation doesn't necessarily indicate that is what you'll have as an adult.

Secondly, teachers are NOT in the classroom ALL day long. They have time at breaks (recess for example), lunch, and they can always call the office for someone to stand in for a few minutes (because heaven knows a person still has biological needs beyond menstruation!!). And some classes have teacher's aides.

Get some good probiotics and it will help with the heavy periods. How do you deal with them while you are going to school? It would be the same for a teacher.

Depending on your age now, usually as you get older your periods get better off. If not you will just have to excuse yourself to the restroom. Perhaps take a break every few hours and escort the children to use the bathroom and you go while they are in there also.

You see your doc first to be sure you don't have endo and then you just use the restroom when you need to when you become a teacher.
