Im trying to get faster at running for football and lacrosse. I dont know what to do. I dont want to get a speed doctor I want to do this on my own and Im determined to get faster Ill do any kind of drills that will get me faster at runnging. Can anyone tell me what I can do or what drills I can do to get myself faster so i can play running back and middy.

do at least 10 30-yard sprints a day with 10 seconds of rest in between.

Unfortunately speed is not something you can learn. Even the hardest training will only modestly increase any speed you already have. For instance if you do a 40 in 4.7 now, all the training the world might drop that down to a 4.6 at best. Don't expect to go from a 4.7 time in the 40 to a 4.4 or something ridiculous like that.
