I think it shouldn't be, and I don't expect love to be perfect. That's what holds people together! Sometimes I'm sure some people wish love was perfect because they're getting a divorce or are in a big fight.

makes no difference if I think it should be perfect or not the truth is it is not and maybe if it was the divorce rate would not be above 50% where it currently is nationwide, so shudda, cudda, wudda. My thinking is that if you are expecting love to be perfect then the chance for dissappointment is much greater than if you realize that nothing is perfect other than a perfect circle

I don't know. To be honest with you I am not even aware if this thing called 'Love' has a state of perfection, Is there an acceptable standard to measure what is perfect love and what is not? Is it pure, unblemished? Human emotion has its frailties. We have been created with imperfections That's how we are. Otherwise nothing and I say...nothing...can distinguish between God and His creation!

i don't think that love should be perfect. you should have to work at it and the problems that come up will help you get stronger. it isn't love if tears are never shed or if problems never ever ever come up.
