First off I never get ear infections....

I was on a cruise for 20 days and once we left the ship I started to get an ear pain....the pain only last for 2days.

My left ear started first and when the pain started to go away the other one started to hurt.

What's wrong with my ear??? Im think because I was doing alot of water activities on my vacation or maybe because I was out so long. I have been on a cruise before but only for 7 days and never had a problem.

2 weeks later im okay....no problems

This is a problem, why? Your ears had to reacclimate themselves to the sea level of the land the ship ported at. Add that to all the swimming, and you've got a painful ear condition. If it were an ear infection, you would have known it, because they are super painful and last more than 2 days.

Next time, chew gum.

It sounds like an ear pressure problem shouldn't be too much to worry about. but for the sake of safety you might want to get your family doctor to check it out.
