Inexperienced, stuck up, and fake. I want someone real. He always has this veneer on, like he needs to act a certain way, Romney gives me the same vibe. Although Obama isn't as bad as Edwards.

I havent been following this stuff as closely as I should be but from what I have heard he seems like a good candidate. Better than Hillary. He is inexperienced but intelligent and dynamic with some good ideas hes willing to try to put into action. Honestly though, if he is elected, he should be extra careful. Being that he is not white, there will definitely be attempted assassinations. There are some really crazy, stupid people out there that would do that. Same with Hilary though because she's a woman.

It's not like Senator Obama just walked off the boat, he is a very intelligent man. He is a Harvard Law graduate, and has spent time in the Illinois legislature prior to becoming a United States Senator.

He understands politics, and wants to change the direction of American politics, which is a good thing.

I think he has a lot of lofty ideas and is a dreamer. But he simply doesn't have enough experience in national politics. He's a smart guy, but I don't agree with the way he plans on running the country. I think reality will trip him up. He should stay in the Senate and then run again in after a few cycles.

I did visit his campaign page and liked what I saw as far as what his issues are. But, I was turned off this morning when I read about him taking offense to Jack Tanners comment. I think Obama is overly sensitive on this issue and will end up hurting his campaign as opposed to helping it if he continues to push for Jack Tanners resignation.

He seems to be a genuine honest person. The problem is, he doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. He states things that won't necessarily make him popular. That's a sign of his political inexperience.

i like Obama because he is young and untainted by politics....so far, but i do agree with some that his lack of experience with politics can be a disadvantage for him. he isn't as polished during debates and tends to stumble on his words, and can come off as being naive about politics...but i do like his values and what he stands for, if he stays true to himself, im sure he will be around a long time.

either way, we need a democrat to take back the white house!!

He's the only candidate that I respect. His lack of experience doesn't concern me too much, since I know he'll surround himself with a veteran staff. In Washington, experience corrupts.

I like him as a Vice President in '08 and, probably, President in 2016.

I like him a lot. He's brilliant, and his principles are still intact. What have we got to lose? Anything's a step up from having a "Decider."
