According to my study of the records, I am not sure a song was even written in 1931. However, I did find other interesting facts: i.e. the Empire State Building was completed, the Star Spangled Banner became the national anthem, the State of Nevada legalized gambling, and the "Iron Lung" was invented which was just prior to the outbreak of poliomyelitis. Suppose I could find other interesting things -- got tired of reading.
