tell me the first thing u notice, then list the others that u notice next..eye color, lips, teeth, outfit, smile, hair style, body proportions?
for me, i notice height, then teeth, then being a fashion student..i run my eyes down his outfit and take a good look at those shoes. Shoes are very important. If they are dirty it says a lot..if they are new it tells another story..u get the idea

I guess it's the eyes-are they alert and knowing, or preoccupied. I like to say 'hi' to people who look like they need a friend. Brighten up their day.
