Birth control pills are by prescription only. Plan B can be bought over the counter by people (male or female) 18 years and older. Under 18 still need a prescription.

Birth control pills require a prescription from the doc and a medical exam. THe morning after pill is available without a script from a pharmacist.

Nope, she needs a prescription from a doctor. Or she can go to Planned Parenthood and get it confidentially, but she'd still need to talk to a doctor. Birth control pills are NOT available over the counter, and I don't the morning-after pill is available over the counter either.
But you know what you CAN get over the counter? Condoms! Lots and lots of condoms and spermicide! Maybe someone should have thought of that before and taken responsibility, huh?

its a pill a perscription therefor has to be given to you by a dr.
The morning after pill is just the same.
I suggest you pick up a book and learn a little more about sex before engaging in it...again?
You also have to have a vaginal exam before any doctor can give you pills(legally) and they are not effective for the first month, so dont be stupid.

Dude, if you aren't smart enough to use a condom, you aren't smart enough to have sex.
The GIRL needs to get the pills, whether it be birth control or the morning after pill.

yes you have to have a script from either a doctor, health department or family planing center....I dont know about the morning after pill but I assume with the risks you'd have to have a script on that also.

no, not really. you would have to go to the doctors for both pills. Or, use a condom, that works too.
