She's trying to pull out of a parking garage and is swarmed by paparazzi and she accidently runs over one of guy's foot. She didn't get out or to see if he was alright; if she did that then they all would be doing stuff to get her out of the car. personally I think the papparazzi are way out of control with her...we don't care to see one more freakin picture of her anyway...AM I RIGHT?

Paparazzi of course. I mean if you put yourself in harm's way then don't be surprised if you get harmed. They put themselves in that position, it's their choice. I'm a photographer and I think it's just wrong to swarm people like that. You can get photos at safe distances. Why do you think that make telephoto? They don't have to be all up in someone's grill to get a good picture.

I would say it's both parties fault. It's the paparazzi for being too nosy and annoying her when she's already very distraught. But that's their job, isn't it. I do understand she's going through a lot of stress and pain with trying to get her kids back, but i believe she needs serious counselling before she thinks about doing anything else. I strongly believe she has serious depression which is leading her to cause all this trouble and she needs help to put a stop to this.

You know, I felt sorry for her too... until I heard that she actually calls around to find out where the Paparazzi are! She's a complete idiot. She deserves everything that is happening to her. If I had just had my kids taken away from me, I would not be shopping! I'd be getting my drivers license, taking drug tests and attending parenting meetings!

A bit of both. The paparazzo (singular for paparazzi) was in the way and wouldn't have had his foot ran over if he weren't in the way. However, she should have made sure he was alright and probably tried to help him get medical attention. Yes, she's swarmed, but that's no excuse to abandon basic human regard. And since she simply drove away and left him, she could potentially face a lawsuit, no matter the circumstances around the incident.
Being completely honest, she could get sued for this, it'd be a valid case.

I don't even have the full story and I can tell you it was the paparazzi's fault. They always swarm people.

Paparazzi. And I think he deserved it. Out of control paparazzi are scum and make people's lives miserable.

Paparazzi is at fault for most of her driving problems.
It should be illegal to hound any celebrity. If one of us followed a celebrity around, parked outside their homes etc,it would be considered stalking and we would be arrested.
