Any sporting goods store with football gear would have kicking tees...Check Walmart sporting goods department...

Heck, just take a cardboard strip and make it sort of diamond or triangle shaped, obviously big enough to put the football on...Use glue or tape...Should work...

Go to Academy Sports, go to the sales rep in football department and ask him(her). If they cant get it, they will go out of their way to find someone who does, they are required by there own policy.Kind of like the "customer is always right" policy that some stores have pinned up in the employer lounge. It makes good businees sense to them.
Or go to a local machine shop, im sure they can come up with a few ideas on their off time.

All depends on the quality of materials you want to use. If you would like to make your own then you would probably start with some PVC pipe, glue up your form, fill with sand for a heavy base, and then use a nice fairly stiff spring like from a doorstop on the end of the arm to hold the ball.

since you are not wanting a tee you probably can make one. you can use 1/2 inch pvc and fittings found at any plumbing supply store. you are looking at just a few bucks more for the glue then anything else. explain to the sales rep in plumbing supplies and they will help you get the fittings you need.

My boyfriend of 2 years once told me that he was so happy that he finally built up the courage to ask me out that he drove around town for an hour and a half after our first date and just kept replaying every moment! i can't tell you how happy i was to hear that, no matter how cheesy it sounded lol
