Without knowing what you might want in a design; and not knowing how you define "Custom" I desperately want to assume that in a general sense custom means made to YOUR specifics.

Obvious too is the fact that anything nearly 13 ft. long would need sufficient hardware just to hold the rod; beyond what weight you might put on it.

Without knowing at all where you are; surely there must be custom drape dealers local to you/Window treatement companies; etc. I suspect there isn't strictly a national chain or franchise; but I might be wrong.

No, but you can make your own. Airplane cable, closet doweling.
