Since spontaneous is the opposite from demand, I say no.

Sure! If I'm asked (demand) what can we do? I can come back with a spontaneous suggestion.

when someone demands me to be spontaneous right away, most of the time i can do it, if you ask me to be spontaneous in a couple hours, most of the time i can still do it, because from the time you ask to the time you receive, i'll be procrastinating

That is relative...my dear flutterbypurr....depends entirely upon who is doing the demanding..... Instant Spontaneity for those in my inner circle....dragging of the feet for those outside the circle.....and in a Galaxy Far, Far Away from Spontaneity for some demanders, with whom I don't want to be bothered.....I think of spontaneity as a Choice I make to please myself and to bestow upon my close ones.....

No, I am lazy on Demand. If Raul asks me to clean his house, I need at least a two week notice, It will take me that much time to pull myself away from this computer monitor.

I am a natural born actress. I am better rehearsed but BEST spontaneous 'on cue'. I can surprise even myself...
