when i lay down i feel my body temp going up and i start to sweat, sometimes really bad, it doesnt happen when i am standing or walking or sitting, just lying down, even with a fan blowing on me,, why is that,, it gets bad some nights

There are many cuases of night sweats. You should really see a doctor to find out why. But these are some causes; some are serious but most are not.

1. Menopause – This is a very common cause of night sweats in perimenopausal women.

2. Idiopathic hyperhidrosis – Idiopathic hyperhidrosis is a condition in which the body chronically produces too much sweat without any identifiable medical cause.

3. Infections – Classically, tuberculosis is the infection most commonly associated with night sweats.

4. Cancers – Night sweats are an early symptom of some cancers. The most common type of cancer associated with night sweats is lymphoma.

5. Medications – Taking certain medications can lead to night sweats. . Antidepressant medications are a common type of medication that can lead to night sweats.

6. Hypoglycemia – Sometimes low blood glucose can cause sweating.

7. Hormone disorders - Sweating or flushing can be seen with several hormone disorders,

8. Neurologic conditions – such as stroke although it is pretty uncommon.

probably because of a drop in blood pressure when you lay down, it is not normal and you should consult a doctor.

depends on if your male or female
female it could be hormones
anyone it could be sleep apnea,TB, alot of thing or maybe nothing
im no doctor however i would see one if i were you
