Sometimes when I read the ingredients list of a product I notice that the manufacturer did not close parenthesis that were opened earlier in the ingredients list. It makes me wonder if I should be buying the product, since the company is so careless.

HA ! I thought I was the only one that's seen that ! Yes. If they cannot edit, how do you know the product isn't crap ?

Hi. I once read of a Chinese editor who would sometimes leave typos in, just because he knew how much people loved to find them. But a list of ingredients? That should be accurate. Unless the box was printed in China.

Unclosed parenthesis annoy me as well, but I would never think of not buying a product because of them.

That's definitely frustrating, because then I go on reading thinking that this one bit of whatever has all these things in it and I get to the end they didn't do what you said they do, they didn't close those damn brackets. Truly annoying it is.

usually it's there. also take in consideration there may be subset of a set and subsets of subsets of ingredients. I'm pretty anal with that and sometimes use a fluorescent marker, different colors, to keep up with the markings.

yeah lol things like that annoy me too... and like if there is a word spelt wrong, it will seriously make me rethink buying the product, just makes the company look so unprofessional...
