xiao, I assume you're not a native English speaker, which is fine.

Is it okay if I take a guess at what you're trying to ask? I think maybe you are asking what causes there might be for a human to have one day remaining to live, and the next day they're dead.

If that's right, you might consider a very aggressive infection or poisoning.
