Mexican, especially REAL mexican food cooked by someone who KNOWS what they're doing. I ate at a friends house one evening, and he cooked chicken in a green mole sauce (not guacamole, I promise). It what so HOT but it was really good.

chinese are great in new york
mexican (not taco bell) is great as well
cant go wrong with italian food
and in recent months I have been very into thai food
