Martian Manhunter seems to be helping Kal-El on the path Jor-El chose for him. Of course Kara is going to believe her father because he was her father. Clark is too vulnerable to make a decision.

For all we know Zor-El sent her to earth following baby Kal-El to kill him because he was heir to the House of El and with him being out of the way and his parents dead, Zor-El would take over as leader.

Remember, when she was looking for "baby" Kal-El, she wasn't being very friendly towards the kids or people in her way. Not that she hurt anyone, she just was kind of mean.

It could be a case of assumption. Zor-El was bad, therefore Martian Manhunter (aka John Jones) assumes Kara takes after daddy dearest.
Kara thinks of her father as the best person in the whole wide universe and assumes that John was heavy handed with daddy dearest for no reason.
(You know the saying when you assume too much)

Martain Manhunter is probably right. Kara is up to something. However by the season finale she will be on Clark's side and they will becaome family. I think that this might be the last season so that has to be done.

This is sticky because she is Clark's cousin as well, who could suspect there familyy of being a threat.

hello? no she is not a threat. she is supergirl. duh. martian man hunter is just angry that her father Zor-El and Jor-El were familial enemies who destroyed Krypton. martian man hunter was on Jor-El's side, if he is even telling the truth.
