Ok, you have fuel and spark, double check the timing (the spark accrues when the points open not when they close) if all of these are ok take the spark plugs out and put a little oil in the cylinders and push it around for a min. or so to get the cylinder lubed up, put NEW spark plugs in it.
Now make sure the clutch works properly along with the brakes, tie a rope on the back of a car and then wrap the other end around the center part of the handle bars and hold the loose end between the grip and your left hand, (don't tie the rope to the bike, if you fall you will let go of the rope and it will unwrap from the bars instead of drag you and the bike down the road) tow the bike down the road at maybe 20 mph, put the bike in ......lets say 3rd gear and let out the clutch, if it dosent turn the eng over fast enough you can put it into 2ed or 1st. Be careful because it can be a little dangerous if you haven't done it before. If everything else is correct it will start even if you have to tow the bike around the block a couple of times.

Oy vey. Clean off the points. You may have to cycle through the kicker a few times to get gas flowing in it. Where's your choke setting? You may need to choke it to get it started.

...and stop trying to push-start it! Geez. The kickstarter is there for a reason. For crying out loud.

If it jumped timing (cam timing) one or more valves may be bent and leaking.
