Free internet lol . Dont be silly . They have to pay just like the rest of the world . Im not sure about incoming calls being charged but someone will tell you that im sure , but do they get free internet ? The answer is no.

Yes on the calls if it is a cell phone, no on the free internet unless you are at a cafe or other business that has a wifi setup (although you still need to have something set up to use it - so it's not really free)
Supposedly they are working on free internet sites in states like California, but it hasn't happened yet.

Free internet? not bloody likely.
as for phone calls, depends on the plan. some mobile plans do charge for incoming, others do not. some landlines also charge for incoming calls as well. these are usually limited access lines for low income people who cannot afford phones or those who live in rural areas without full service.

If you have a mobile phone here you are charged for incoming calls as well as outgoing calls in place of the UK system where calls to mobiles are more expensive than to land lines. Mobile phone companies here also charge users for texts they recieve as well as for texts they send. My phone contract gives me 600 minutes of calls per month but if anyone sends me a text it gets added to my bill.
I don't know of any free internet but I would love to find some.

I don't know of free internet for the home. A lot of hotels offer free WIFI.
If your are in Las Vegas the casino hotels will charge for internet access from your room.
Some phone companies charge per local call. Some phone companies offer unlimited local and long distance.
We have internet phone. $24.95 unlimited.
