No. I have a job. I complain every day that I don't want to go to work the next day. I have a friend who works all the time and complains how busy he is. I've got a friend who has several children and complains that the house is always loud. Everybody complains about something. I bet you complain about something, too. Chill out, man. Goodness.

No.....it doesn't bother me. The way I see it, my best friend has 3 kids...I'd be complaining, too. Actually, I complain for her...she doesn't even complain now that I think about it. Hmmmmm....
Seriously, though....kids are the toughest jobs on the planet. You can't just make sure your bundles of joy are fed and clean...you need to love them and care for them in a way where you would do anything in the world for their well-being. That's pretty tough and some awesome dedication. I could see having some days where I felt a little overwhelmed and wanted to complain.

Not necessarily - taking care of a lot of kids is a taxing job. Don't you complain about responsibilities you have? Wouldn't you do complain more if they took precedent over your entire day, from the moment you wake up to the moment your children go to sleep?
Also, not all women choose to have all of their kids; they just get pregnant, and fulfill their responsibility as a mother. (Though there are exceptions; if only 1 of your 4 kids was planned, then you should have gotten some kind of IUD or other birth control method put int place after the second)
Additionally, they're only human - not robots. If something is causing someone lots of stress, you're apt to hear them vent about it. It's healthy.

I am in a quandry about this.
I have one, couldn't imagine having more.
One of my very close girlfriends has one son (age 8) with her husband, BUT, the court just gave them full custody of the three he had from his prior marriage (ages 12-17). For her I feel...their real mother doesn't do a thing, and now here she is thrown into it. She loves it, but feels like pulling her hair out.
But yeah, by the second one you would think they would realize how much work kids really are.

People have a right to complain but not all the time. I do get frustrated and I also tell myself that I put myself there and I have the right to feel mad too. But not at others only myself. We are usually the one that put ourselves in the positions we are in.

ok here my thoughts... One is just someone to play with, someone you get to bring along with you where ever... two changes your lifestyle...you now plan around them, their schedules, and now you might decide not to go somewhere for whatever reason...three or more, you're just out-numbering yourself and more power to ya. (hehehe)
I still think you can complain occasionally, they are alot of work, but it was her choice to have that many.
And, good for you Pete, I'm impressed!

No....just like all of us making the choice to get a job, and then complaining about our boss, etc.
just human nature. Besides, one kid brings me to my knees, so God bles anyone out there with more than that.
