I was at work today & my bra was too lose & it was bothering me so I decided to move the strap in the back to make it smaller. Well I was at my desk doing this and it didn't go smoothly. I was struggling to get it attached back on the hooks. So I am sitting here with it undone and it keeps moving up & I'm placing my hands around me to keep it down till the cost is clear. We are one man down so I didn't want to go in the bathroom cause the other woman was on the phone. So I looked & thought the cost was clear (still not sure) and I had to lift my shirt up on one said to get the strap in my hand. Well I was trying to do this and I couldn't get it. So less then a minute later I look over, in the hallway is the doctor I work with looking this way. I have no idea if he saw my little charade. So I finally said that's it and went into the bathroom & fixed it.
So embarassed but maybe he was just checking the time or if he had another patient.
Sounds like a good Seinfeld episode

Ya know we're so paranoid about things like this it's unreal.
In the bigger picture of life, it's really no big deal. I understand your embarrassment, but I would just laugh it off. We're too serious in this world and we can all use a little levity now and then. I don't think we laugh nearly enough.
At the very least you made me chuckle!
....and your right, this could be a Seinfeld episode.

Just hold your head up and carry on like it didn't happen, if he did see it's too late to change it, it's probably something that he has seen many, many times and he probably had too much on his mind to have even noticed!! It will move on, don't worry about it!!

LOL! being mortified is just like any other emotion, it goes with time so dont worry its not a big deal, ive had worst embarassing situations plus so what you were just fixing your bra, its not like you were masturbating!
