Get better grades.
Why don't you talk with your teachers about the possibility of an extra credit assignment.
Maybe you can talk it over with your parents and have them assign you a project to do...To earn back some of your privledges!
Try limiting your time on the TV, Radio, IPOD and phone and time with the friends and make time to study...You could even study with your friends if it wasn't too much of a distraction...Have a competition to see who can get the best grade on the next aasignment after studying togther, and say the losers have to contribute to a prize, like say take the winner out to lunch or dinner or ice cream/ or coffee, what ever your into...
Try to keep your grades up before you lose your toys.

Hmm...let's see...you're grounded for having bad grades. So...what should you do? Try to raise them. How do we do this? Do your homework assignments like you should have in the first place. If you're not understanding things, get extra help from your teacher or a tutor. It's pretty simple, really.
Btw, don't listen to the stupid person a few above me who says that there's nothing you can do. There's always something you can do to help your grade. She's probably failing all of her classes, too, judging from her answer.

take the punishment like a man you know what you did have made your parents up-set so why don't you get grounded for the length of time your parents have said and next time in school do all your homework make sure everything is complete if it is not complete you will have to make it up with your teacher. make sure you study for test and review and preview whats ahead in the course. if you don't understand ask the teacher you can't stay quite the teacher can mind read

I would suggest STUDYING. What do you mean nothing you can do to raise them; you can study! Do your assignments, if you need help come here andf ask, but start to take your education seriously; you'll need it in your future.
