At first i thought they weren't, but I went to the concert last night (in St.Louis) and at the end of the show he kissed her on the cheek and none of the other brothers did. The stage has like a runway and during a song Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers were doing just Miley and Nick walked down it. I don't know, they looked like they were dating to me, but that's just my opinion.
