Okay, my little sissy maid has been slipping up in general housework, appearence, and even sassed me once. So I appeal you in what creative punishments I could use on my Paige. I would appreciate a few to choose from so I can revisit this later. Thanks!!!

Your sissy maid needs a good spanking for starters and you should spank her in many different ways. Here's a few that I can think of for you to choose from:
1. Have her lay on your lap and you paddle her.
2. Tie her over a chair bottom up and paddle her.
3. Tie her spread eagle to a bed face down and spank her.
4. Tie her hands & ankles together bent over and spank her.
5. Hog tie her and spank her.

Miss Prim of the Muir Academy has an Arkansa prison strap and boy does that hurt. Actually speaking for experience one of the most effective punishments for a sissy maid is to be suspended for duty for a day or maybe two. The work does not get done of course but she can be made to catch up

Your maid needs to be fired! A teenage boy does not need help in the shower. She is like having sexual contact with him or something. Maids are supposed to clean up around the house, not have close contacts with people's sons! She needs to stick to her job. I would fire her immediately! I wouldn't want a maid like that around my house. If it was my son (if I had one,I'm only a pre-teen) I would call the cops. Sexual contact. That's the last thing maids should do on their duty. : (

If we are talking about corporal punishment, then a riding crop really does the trick for me, especially if I'm over a chairback, leg's on a bar, and cuffed to it. Pictures taken and posted on the appropriate sites.

i would use the riding crop, and suspension from their daily duties, and then limited time to catch up...and if the work is not completed...more punishment...cat o nine tails xx
