Usually there are free clinics you can go to, check your phone book, or you may be able to disconnect your internet connection and take that money and pay a doctor bill.

Go to your yellow pages or phone book and look up "Free Clinic". It's a bit of a wait usually, but I'm pretty sure the treatment is free. Alternately, if you're in a more desperate situation, sometimes groups like The Red Cross or Salvation Army offer services.

A not for profit hospital can not turn you away. Call the Social Services dept in your area and they will direct you to Sliding scale clinics, that bill you in relation to your income.

If you dont qualify for Medicaid, you can go to clinics or emergency rooms - depending on how serious the medical need is.
