It doesn't matter who's in the White House. They're all controlled by greed, lobbyists, big corporations and the Illuminati. Just look at Cheney. He's milking the oil industry in Iraq at the expense of our young men.
Republicans and Democrats do have something in common: They lie to the American people. They don't care about inflation, health care, securing our borders or YOU!. All they want is power and money at our expense.
If we didn't provide revenue, they'd have no use for us. The only time they come down from their thrones is when they're seeking our votes. But then again, I believe that's fixed, too. Just think of Bush's re-election. What a scam!
So, if you're looking for a new political party to make it all better, you should wake up and smell the garlic.

The problem is not to which party the president belongs or even more broadly what are the president's philosophies. The problem is with our acceptance of almost emperor-like powers entrusted to the office. The powers of the president originally were intended to be mostly confined to a diplomatic figurehead and commander of the military AFTER Congress had declared war.
As long as the office makes the president "ruler of the free world" [1], it will attract the type of people to run for office and promote those candidates who will abuse the power.

I do I am hoping and praying, Oh, and also voting. :) The thing i am worried about is if the vote splits with the democratics. I mean, i only know of one really big one that is replubician, but thier are many for the opposite party. I hope it does not turn out that way. We should all start a group and decide to choose the best democratic so our vote doesn't split!

ROFL, I think its funny that you people aren't so blind that you can't understand the world around you. Do you honestly think having a Democrat in the white house is going to change things?
I will bet you a case of 12 year old scotch that when Hillary is elected, she does absolutely nothing except for increase spending with her new entitlement programs and reverse all the tax cuts put in place by the Republicans. The result being that the economy will suffer a fatal wound and crash.
She isn't going to withdraw troops from Iraq. She will go to war with Iran and probably Syria.

Only if you can guarantee that the Dems don't get in.
The health care veto was because it would allow a family of 4 earning $82,000 to get free insurance for their kids. Bush supports an increase to cover those who NEED the coverage.
The war on terrorism was inherited from Mr. Clinton and his poor national defense policies.
If people like you were around during WW II we would all be speaking German and calling Hitler a hero. Well those that survived his death camps at least.
Hillary is socialist or worse a communist. If you think pure socialism works, look at Russia. We need the right to CHOOSE how to live, not be TOLD how to live.

Don't make generalizations about the entire party based on one person. Not all republicans are in agreement with the President about everything, and your opinions about him should not color your consideration of them. Consider each individual based their own merits.
As to the answer of your question, not me. I think a republican has just as much chance as a democrat in 2008. Keep an open mind and see how things play out.

I vote for removal. I bet this last vote against health care for kids will cost republicans more seats in congress.
