There was a study done that said Europeans showed people of different nationalities liked each other MORE after getting to know each other, except in the case of the British -- who became less popular. So that got me thinking because I figured ppl would like the French less. What European nationality do you like more?

Just in case you don't know all the countries, here's a list!

Austria │ Belgium │ Cyprus │ Czech Republic │
Denmark │ Estonia │ Finland │ France │ Germany │
Greece │ Hungary │ Ireland │ Italy │ Latvia │
Lithuania │ Luxembourg │ Malta │ Netherlands │
Poland │ Portugal │ Slovakia │ Slovenia │ Spain │
Sweden │ United Kingdom

Every country and every nationality has its good element and its bad elements. We can not generalize.
But my favorites are the Italian , Spanish French, Germans, and British.
Italians are my most favorites mainly because of the similarities of the 2 cultures.
(The list and the question is about the European Union countries and NOT about every European country!)

There is some confusion from some answers!! The authentic Macedonia is in Greece. The famous historical Macedonia of Greece. No relation with the (Slavic/Albanian)Macedonia which is a modern state and definitely hasn't got 4000 years of history but only 15!!!!
4000 years of history has only the authentic Macedonia of Greece!
And in Greek Macedonia was the area were Apostle Paul went and spread Christianity!
Not in (Slavic/Albanian)Macedonia which became christian in the 7th-8th century AD.
Check the following sites to see were Apostle Paul actualy went!

I can´t answer your question, because every country I´ve visited have became my favourite country. Every country is beautiful in it´s own way and mostly people are nice. The more countries you visit, the more you will learn about the world and people. The world is a beautiful place, it´s just we people that can make it ugly! Actually people have the same feelings, we laugh, we cry, we are happy, we are unhappy, we have different cultures, some have terrible lives, some not. Treat your fellow man (in whatever country he/she lives) like you yourself want to be treated!!!

Any time I travel abroad I feel more comfortable when I'm around Brits, I don't why. The British people seem to travel more than others, that is my observation. They are everywhere and I have gotten accustomed to being around them.
